Christine Wong is a 26-year-old Chinese American artist and educator. Her work includes paintings, murals, illustration and graphic design.
     Christine has worked and exhibited nationally, and is currently exhibiting at the Punch Gallery in San Francisco, CA. For the past three years, she worked as the Art Director at YO! Magazine in San Francisco. She recently became a full-time freelance illustrator and graphic designer. read more

More About Christine Wong
     Christine received a Bachelors of Fine Art from the California College of Arts, and interned with the Kala Institute in Berkeley and the Chinese Cultural Center in San Francisco.
     She has instructed at the East Bay Institute for Urban Arts and Mandela Arts Center, among others. Wong has participated in over 15 community mural projects, serving as a lead artist in a New York City project funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, and another in Atlanta, Georgia.
     A working artist, active instructor, youth worker and freelance illustrator/designer, Christine has been recognized with a "Local Hero" Award from the San Francisco Bay Guardian and a "Sister of Fire" Award from the Women of Color Resource Center.
